FUJIDA Heavy Grease – BLU is a premium calcium complex thickened grease formulated with highly refined base oils and advanced additive technology to deliver exceptional water resistance, mechanical stability, and corrosion protection. It is engineered for heavy-duty industrial, marine, and construction environments where extreme pressure, moisture, and vibration are common.
 
The product provides strong adhesion to metal surfaces, helping to resist washout, minimize grease loss, and maintain a durable lubricating film under harsh operating conditions—supporting extended component life and reduced maintenance frequency.
 
Recommended applications include lubrication of pins, bushings, and pivot joints on heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks), tower cranes and concrete pumps, wheel bearings and chassis points, wire ropes/winches/hoists, and open gears/couplings, as well as conveyors, crushers, and quarry equipment operating in dusty or wet conditions.
 
Operating range: –20°C to +90°C (short peaks up to 110°C).
